Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. In such rare cases, you must contact us within 3-5 business days of receiving your order with clear photos and details so we can review the issue. If approved, we will provide the instructions for return or replacement.
